8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
1 stick butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups dry, seasoned bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Flatten chicken breasts between two sheets of wax paper. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine butter and garlic in a bowl. Place bread crumbs on a sheet of wax paper.
Dip chicken in butter mixture, then dredge in bread crumbs. Place coated chicken on a baking sheet greased with olive oil.
Bake 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and cook 10 minutes longer.
