Country singer Josh Gracin apologizes if he sounds a little harried.
The Season 2 "American Idol" finalist has a lot on his plate, including writing new songs, performing and taking care of his growing family -- he and his wife welcomed a fourth child in November.
"It's quite a handful," the former Marine said in a phone interview from Nashville, Tenn. "When I'm home, there's things I have to do. The kids are first, the family's first."
But Gracin, 28, promises he'll be a lot of fun when he performs at Black Oak Casino in Sonora next week.

He'll play songs from both his albums -- his self-titled debut and his newer release, "We Weren't Crazy." He'll make sure to include radio singles like "Nothin' to Lose," "I Want to Live" and "Stay With Me (Brass Bed)."
"My show is very, very high energy," he said. "Me and the rest of my guys like having fun on stage. They're all from the rock world. We interact with the crowd."
Gracin doesn't watch "American Idol" all the time, but he tries to keep up with what's happening on the Internet.
"It's always going to be part of my history," he said. "They got me where I am today."
