    1. The first priority would be to get the Government Building built to help improve our Downtown area. Having the Government Building completed would also give us a greater police presence in our Community.
  • Improving our roads. Getting Western St. improved was a big accomplishment, but we still have several other streets that need improving. The passing of Measure S would help the City of Waterford accomplish this.
  • Working with Business owners in the Enterprise Zone to help improve our Downtown area and attract new businesses. The foreclosures of The Red Cat Properties set our Downtown area back. It has been hard to get the Business built back up. The establishment of the Enterprise Zone should help Waterford accomplish this.
