Info: Reps. Dennis Cardoza, D-Merced, and George Radanovich, R-Mariposa, will sponsor Academy Information Night. Representatives from the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo., U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, N.Y., will be available to answer questions at the open house.     Info: The McHenry Mansion Foundation is having a celebration to commemorate the completion of the McHenry home in 1883. Organizers invite anyone who has been involved with the mansion. The cost is $35 per adult and tickets must be purchased in advance. Call 577-5235.
