½ pound ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 cup ricotta cheese
10 ounces chopped frozen spinach
1 cup Romano cheese
1 pinch nutmeg
¼ teaspoon each pepper, parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme
½ cup bread crumbs
Brown ground beef, onion and garlic. Cool. Squeeze water from spinach. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix.
