"Ring, ring" -- time to pull over and answer my cell phone. Or not; the side of the road is full of kids on cell phones.
The new law being put into effect next June restricting minors from using cell phones while driving is not right. My mom wants me to call when I'm on my way home or if I'm going to be late. Under this new law, I could get a ticket.
It's not right to have conversations while driving, but we need to find something in between. The government needs to come up with a better solution for the use of cell phones by teens because how are they going to enforce this law? Are they going to pull over everyone they see that has a cell phone up to his or her ear and then check IDs? Let's stop being the cell phone police and try and get the real criminals.
