What is the primary reason you are running for this office? To make a positive difference in the lives of students, making opportunities available and educational needs met. When we are successful in changing the direction of the district for the improvement of students then the satisfaction easily outweighs the difficulties. I want our campus to continue to be safe along with continued communications and continued improvement to make our schools a great place to get an education and be proud of it. I would like our district to build up our programs to keep students in our district.

What will your single most important priority be if you get elected? Continue to make sure tax dollars are wisely spent and offer other equal educational opportunities to our students and I want to do the job to make sure this happens. We need to improve student achievement and plan for continued growth while keeping our district financially sound. What sets you apart from the other candidates? Experience and diligence. I enjoy what I do as a board member. I have the time and commitment. I have the qualities to make a good board member. I have shown proven commitment, leadership and integrity. I am a good listener and I have a love for children to succeed. I enjoy trying to do the best for all of our students.
