FALLON, Nev. -- One of two men accused of beating another man with a sledge hammer during a robbery in Fallon has agreed to a plea bargain arrangement with Churchill County prosecutors.
Kenneth McClelland pleaded guilty on Monday to one count of home invasion with a deadly weapon and one count of robbery with a deadly weapon. The 48-year-old man faces up to 45 years in prison at his sentencing scheduled for Jan. 12.
Erick Calderon earlier pleaded guilty to the same charges and was sentenced to more than 15 years in prison for his part in the December attack.
