Today's Ceres-Central Valley soccer title game moves to Stockton

The Ceres-Central Valley Sac-Joaquin Section Division 4 soccer championship game will be played at Lincoln High of Stockton today at 2 p.m.

The game was switched from Folsom High to accommodate local fans.

It will be the third of four section title games played on the fast FieldTurf surface, with all game involving teams from the Stanislaus District.

Tioga of Groveland meets Elliot Christian at 10 a.m. for the Division 7 crown, followed by the all-Western Athletic Conference Division 5 showdown between Hilmar and Patterson.

After the Ceres-Central Valley tilt, Golden Valley meets powerhouse Jesuit at 4 p.m. for the Division 1 crown.
