Central Catholic quarterback Dylan Swartz reached perfection on Friday night.

No, he didn't complete every pass.

What he did was not throw an interception, leaving him at zero picks for the regular season.

Oh yeah. He did throw two touchdown passes in leading the Raiders to a 52-0 Western Athletic Conference victory.

The top-ranked small-school Raiders (9-1, 5-0) won the WAC title by dominating the Wolves (6-4, 2-3).

Swartz was 9 of 15 for 158 yards and two TDS. He finished the regular with 25 TD passes and no interceptions in 189 attempts.

Swartz's 32-yard TD to C.J. Carson got the game going, then Swartz his his top receiver later in the period from 6 yards for a 15-0 lead. Jack Killian returned a punt 39 yards for a TD to cap the 22-point opening quarter, then the Raiders scored 23 in the second, including Killian's 20-yard fumble return for a TD.

PATTERSON 26, HILMAR 6, at Patterson -- The Tigers (6-4, 4-1 WAC) scored two first-quarter TDs, including an 85-yard scoring toss from Cody Weinzheimer to Jacob Priester, and their defense dominated the No. 4 small-school Yellowjackets (8-2, 3-2) in the debut of sophomore QB Andrew Olson. Hilmar lost QB Quinton McCown to a broken collarbone last week.

Weinzheimer tossed an 8-yard TD to Wyatt Young in the third quarter -- Young scored the first TD on a 5-yard run -- and Hilmar averted a shutout when Olson scored on a 1-yard run in the fourth quarter.

ORESTIMBA 19, GUSTINE 0, at Gustine -- Orestimba (1-4,. 5-5) took home the Wooden Chief Trophy with a win over its rivals. Michael Suesue scored on runs of 5 and 8 yards for Orestimba. Gustine finished the season 0-5, 1-9.
