The Cal State Stanislaus women's tennis team is ranked No. 3 in the West Region and 17th in the country in the first Intercollegiate Tennis Association poll of the season, released Friday. The Warriors are the highest nationally ranked team in the California Collegiate Athletic Association. Stanislaus sits in the West behind national powers BYU-Hawaii and Hawaii Pacific. Individually, Vanesa Reibstein debuts at No. 18 with Verena Preikschas at No. 23 among all NCAA Division II student-athletes. The duo is the fifth-ranked doubles team in the country. They'll be in action again at next weekend's Northridge Tournament.
