MJC men's soccer wins on the road

Rafael Alcauter's phenomenal play gave the Modesto Junior College men's soccer team a 3-2 victory over host Sequoias on Tuesday.

Alcauter intercepted a pass and scored from 20 yards out in the 90th minute to boost the Pirates (10-4-4, 3-1-3 Big 8 Conference).

Eric Cortez also scored for Modesto, who benefitted from a Giants' own goal in the eighth minute.
