WARREN SAPP
Outspoken former NFL star Warren Sapp will appear on "Inside the NFL," which moves to Showtime this fall.
Sapp joins James Brown, Phil Simms and Cris Collinsworth, the network announced Tuesday. The defensive tackle retired after last season, playing his last four seasons with the Oakland Raiders.
Sapp made seven Pro Bowls in 13 years in the league. He won the 1999 Associated Press Defensive Player of the Year award and led Tampa Bay's dominant defense that won the Super Bowl after the 2002 season.
"This is a dream job," said Sapp, who has served as a guest analyst on CBS Sports' NFL pre-game show, "The NFL Today." "It's the job I've always talked about wanting after my playing career."
