OAKDALE YOUTH TOURNAMENT The 10th annual Oakdale Come As You Are tournament runs June 13-15. Don’t be concerned if your team doesn’t have uniforms yet; just come as you are. Divisions are 15u, 12u, 10u and 8u (coach pitch). Each team will be scheduled for four games. $1 gate fee and free parking. Still playing league games? We will work with you to arrange a schedule where your team can get in games. Cost per team is $395 for 10u and 12u, $455 for 15u and $355 for 8u. FALL LEAGUE AT PEDRETTI FIELDS TURLOCK All players, ages 7 to 17. Age is determined by how old the player will be on May 1, 2015. Season begins Aug. 11 and ends around Oc. 29. FUTURE STARS SKILLS CAMP Through July 3, 9 a.m.-noon, Monday-Friday. Grades 4-9, ages 9-14. At Johansen High School. Camp is six weeks. We will develop ball handling, shooting, rebounding, post play, passing, defending and footwork. Cost is $60 per player per week or $300 for all six weeks. Kids can sign up for any week or all six. STANISLAUS YOUTH BOYS CAMPS Cal State Stanislaus Warriors Basketball will host a camp June 23-26, 1-3 p.m. The camp will emphasize fundamentals to help boys ages 7-17 reach their full potential. Campers will be placed in age/skill appropriate groups. Proper shooting techniques as well as footwork will be highlighted, including individual and team skills. THREE MJC CAMPS The Modesto Junior College football program will hold fundamental camps this summer. The “Hitman” camp for linebackers and defensive backs is June 30-July 1, from 6-8 p.m. The “Trench Warrior” camp for offensive and defensive linemen is July 7-8, from 6-8 p.m. Both camps are $40 and pre-enrolled campers will receive a T-shirt. The three-day camp for quarterbacks and wide receivers is June 5-7 and costs $125. All pre-enrolled campers will receive a T-shirt and quarterbacks also get an all-weather football; receivers get performance gloves. ELITE YOUTH CAMP Freeman Consulting presents the second annual Elite Youth Football Camp on June 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Modesto Junior College.
