Alameda, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Wide receiver Greg Little was among 22 players waived by the Oakland Raiders as the team reduced its roster to the required 53-man limit on Saturday.
Little caught 61 passes as a rookie with Cleveland in 2011 and had 41 receptions for 465 yards and two scores for the Browns last season. The former second-round pick was waived by Cleveland in May and subsequently claimed by the Raiders, but managed just five grabs for 65 yards during the preseason.
Also cut by Oakland on Saturday was safety Brandian Ross, who started 13 games in place of an injured Tyvon Branch in 2013 and recorded 75 tackles, two sacks and a forced fumble last season.
The Raiders also waived running backs George Atkinson and Jeremy Stewart, defensive ends Denico Autry, Jack Crawford and Ryan Robinson, cornerback Chance Casey, offensive tackles Jack Cornell, Dan Kistler and Erie Ladson, linebackers Carlos Fields, Bojay Filimoeatu and Spencer Hadley, wide receiver Seth Roberts, defensive tackle Ricky Lumpkin, guard Lamar Mady, tight ends Jake Murphy and Scott Simonson, offensive lineman Jarrod Shaw, kicker Giorgio Tavecchio and fullback Karl Williams.
Crawford, a fifth-round selection in 2012, had 15 tackles in 15 games last season.
