Low-budget soccer league scores at MID

The Modesto Irrigation District board decided it’s not wasting taxpayer money to move a power pole without charging the Stanislaus Youth Soccer League $25,000 for the work, after the league agreed to publicize MID’s canal and electricity safety messages for free.
