CERES -- The Ceres High Bulldogs and the Central Valley Hawks will collide Tuesday night with the Valley Oak League boys soccer title on the line.
Ceres' 10-0 victory over Weston Ranch on Thursday, combined with Central Valley's 2-1 loss at home to East Union, sets up the showdown at the Ceres High stadium. The Bulldogs (12-2-1) must win to annex the title. The Hawks (12-1-2) need a win or a tie.
"I expect the game to out-draw the football game (between Ceres and Central Valley)," Ceres coach Randy Cerny said. "The whole town might be there."
