SONORA -- The Sonora High Wildcats are heading to a Sac-Joaquin Section girls soccer final again.
Lexi Kopf scored her 128th career high school goal, and Leanna Castro also found the back of the net to lead Sonora to a 2-0 victory over Dixon.
Sonora (25-2-2) will try to become the first team in school history to win three section championships in a row.
Bekah Garvin stifled the Rams (20-7-1) and earned the Wildcats their 22nd shutout.
Division I Soccer
TURLOCK 2, LINCOLN 1, at Stockton -- Lauren Smith scored both goals for the Bulldogs (21-5-2) in the second half in a victory over the Trojans (15-3-4). Turlock will face St. Francis, a 2-0 winner over Napa, on Saturday in the section final.
Division VI Soccer
BRADSHAW CHR. 4, LE GRAND 1, at Sacramento -- Denise Lopez scored the only goal for the Bulldogs (11-5-3) in the loss to the Pride. Jessica Gregory scored all four Bradshaw Christian goals.
Division IV Softball
DENAIR 4, VACAVILLE CHR. 1, at Lodi -- Kortne Bacca fired a no-hitter for the Coyotes, striking out 14 and walking four. She also was 3 for 4 with three stolen bases.
LE GRAND 7, GOLDEN SIERRA 3, at Lodi -- Veronica Moreno doubled, tripled and drove in a run to help the Bulldogs (20-7) defeat the Grizzlies.
