Guthrie returns

Back by popular demand, "Woody Guthrie's American Song" is returning to Stage 3 Theatre in Sonora from Nov. 20 through Dec. 20.

The show was a big hit when it was first performed in February 2008.

Conceived and adapted by Peter Glazer, the show tells the life of folk singer Woody Guthrie (1912-1967) through his own words and music. Songs include "This Land is Your Land," "Bound for Glory," "Do Re Mi," "So Long, It's Been Good To Know You" and "Better World A'Comin'."
