In the article "Sheriff's office showing divisions," The Bee continually persecuted our current sheriff, Adam Christianson, and his office. Not once did they mention all of the good things our sheriff has done. During his term, Sheriff Christianson has protected this county with the utmost sense of security and safety. The Bee practically endorsed opponent, Rob Jackson, for sheriff.

What happened to the Walter Cronkite point of view, where the news was told as it is? As a teenager, I look for the truth in all of this so I can make the nonbiased decision. Sheriff Christianson has always done his job, and the entire community should realize that he is our sheriff and we need to respect that.

Editor's note: The sheriff's election will be in June.
