Briggsmore-McHenry fountain ignored

What has happened to the fountain at Briggsmore and McHenry avenues? It used to be so nice to see water dancing from it as we waited at the light. It seems that no one is caring for the plants at that point, either. I enjoy the fountain area at five points near Scenic Drive and miss the one at Briggsmore.
