John McCain gets all this hero stuff because his father was an admiral in World War II. I got to see a DVD about the Vietnam War from the National Geographic Channel. There were American POWs held in prison camps for nine years, and they were really tortured. They were the heroes, but you never hear about them. When they came home, they were treated like dirt. They did not have a famous father who was an admiral.

When McCain got off of the plane, they had all these cameras on him. They forgot about the other prisoners who went through more hell than he did. He is running for president on him being a prisoner of war and having a famous father who was an admiral.
