Everyone should vote for Congressman Jerry McNerney in November.

He is working hard to lower the gas prices. He is fighting to make oil companies drill immediately wherever they can, including in Alaska's National Petroleum Reserve.

Gas prices are out of control. People are having trouble just getting to and from school and work.

President Bush hasn't even lifted a finger. McNerney, on the other hand, has voted for several bills to try and lower gas prices, including forcing the oil companies to drill immediately.

He's also a renewable energy scientist. Who is better equipped to lead us to true energy independence than someone who spent his career before entering Congress working to make renewable energy more accessible to everyone?

McNerney is also the father of a veteran and works to make life for our veterans better by providing better access to health care, benefits and education.

He's tackled the jobs and housing crunches, and is always available to meet with people and hear their concerns.
