Medical pot would benefit society

I am disabled with seizure disorder. I also suffer from insomnia, chronic pain from numerous injuries including head trauma, and have an eating disorder as well as depression. I can go several days at a time without eating, sleeping or doing anything constructive, other than sitting by myself in my little studio apartment with tears running down my face, depressed.

I've smoked pot in the past and it helps calm me down so I can sleep, numbs the chronic physical and emotional pain, increases my appetite and makes me feel better all over. My doctor recommended medical marijuana. He instructed me to look for it in the Bay Area. I support medicinal marijuana and wish there was a legal local dispensary. I also believe this would help keep lots of troublemakers off the streets!
