Do some people have a biological or psychological predisposition toward homosexuality? And if they do, does that change how we should view this whole issue?
Alcoholics might be predisposed to alcoholism, but we don't accept their behavior, do we? If a family member is struggling with alcoholism or some kind of chemical dependency, we seek help for them. We don't celebrate their behavior.
All of us are sinners. We all have sinful dispositions. For some, lying or stealing may be the sin they have to deal with. Others struggle with heterosexual sins such as fornication and adultery. Still others deal with homosexuality. We're not being bigoted when we say that homosexuality is sinful. The Bible is clear and only biblical revisionists would say otherwise. While the behavior of some Christians toward homosexuals is deplorable, that doesn't make our case against homosexuality invalid. Ultimately, what homosexuals need is not a change in sexual orientation (since this is decided at birth). Homosexuals, along with all sinful human beings, need Christ.
