Where were flags at Berkeley?

May 16, I attended a commencement in Zellerbach Hall at the University of California at Berkeley. The American flag and the California flag were not displayed on the stage. It is an affront not to display these flags, for many reasons. The university obtains money from the state to operate for all the people. One professor refused to wear the traditional robe for the commencement.

We live in the most free, wonderful country in the world, the United States of America, and we should be proud of it.
