To those believers in God who are also unbelievers when it comes to man in any way being able to contribute to climate change, this believer in both God and man’s contribution to climate change submits the following: “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let him have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the Earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the Earth.”

I believe that means responsibility was given to man, and that means it can and has been used for both good and bad. I think most would agree that polluting our air and water just for profit with no regard for future generations is bad. I’m starting to wonder if God is actually allowing us to create the Earth described in the book of Revelation, since I also believe: “For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.”

We will all give an account one day.
