Jodie Hofkamp-Echols: Rod Olsen needs to take responsibility for behavior

My comment has nothing to do with politics; it is about what is right. I don’t care what your role in life is, if you are an adult it is your job and moral obligation to take care of and protect children.

My comment has nothing to do with politics; it is about what is right. I don’t care what your role in life is, if you are an adult it is your job and moral obligation to take care of and protect children. I am mystified by Rod Olsen’s belief that he is “110 percent vindicated” as he pleads guilty to a misdemeanor of disturbing the peace for yelling at a child. His punishment includes eight weeks of anger management counseling, three years of informal probation and what amounts to a restraining order! And his wife believes it was all based on a “ridiculously false accusation”? Grow up, people, take responsibility for your behavior and figure out how to become the adult you are meant to be!
