Faviola Suarez: Modesto medical marijuana lab would help city and sick kids

Realm of Caring would not only benefit our children, it would benefit the whole town. The only people I see that don’t agree with this are people who don’t have epileptic children or common sense.

Realm of Caring would not only benefit our children, it would benefit the whole town (“Parents plead for medical pot lab,” Nov. 15, Page B1). The only people I see that don’t agree with this are people who don’t have epileptic children or common sense.

We are already at our worst, we need a change and this is the chance and program to do just that! It is so frustrating not to be able to get the right medicine, yet so easy to get prescriptions that don’t work for our children. As many times as we say that, I really don’t think people understand. Our children are suffering every day. They are the ones in the middle of it all! We deserve to be heard and we are not going away! Especially when our kids’ lives are in jeopardy!

There are plenty of reasons we should have a lab in Modesto, and not one true fact why we shouldn’t. Don’t become a council member if you’re not ready to make changes to the worst city or ready to hear the people who voted for you!
