Regarding the so-called Obamacare computer train wreck: Did anyone consider that current computer/Internet capabilities were not sufficiently developed for their complex plan?

The mailing of information accompanied by a form to be completed and returned would have been cheaper and far less complicated. Mail is slow? But as slow as the current delays? Mail postage cost expensive? But as expensive as the costs of the development and repair of the current problems?

And need I mention the issue of privacy? Although the Internet and computers are entertaining and sometimes useful toys, they should not be entrusted to vital programs for the security of our nation’s citizens.
