An Oct. 16 letter says don’t vote for any incumbent. This philosophy is what got us into the mess we’re in now.
When you decided to replace experienced public servants with people with no experience (think tea party), you get a government run by a small minority (less than 10 percent) who make everybody else look bad. Name another well paying, important job where you will only be selected if you know nothing about the job. This is madness.
Faith in government will only return when all Congress members start voting in the best interest of the country. If you are good at your job, you can go back home and explain to your voters why the “best interest of the country” is in their best interest.
