Criminals should do hard time in Third World countries

Our once proud country is going down the tubes. The crime rate is escalating daily. Here is one way that might slow this epidemic.

Our once proud country is going down the tubes. The crime rate is escalating daily. Gangs! Gangs! Gangs! Crime! Crime! Crime!

Here is one way that might slow this epidemic: Make arrangements with a Third World country to build jails. Then any criminal who receives more than a 36-month sentence would be sent to one of those prisons to serve their time, especially those who have been given the death sentence. No more luxury hotel accommodations!

In my opinion, if a person knew they would be sent to one of these prisons they would think twice before committing a crime.
