Selling pot is still against law

Regarding "Law-abiding pot sellers punished": I'm shocked anyone would even suggest that young people should "go into this kind of business." Second, it is against the law to sell marijuana for profit under any circumstances.

Regarding "Law-abiding pot sellers punished" (June 27, Letters): I'm shocked anyone would even suggest that young people should "go into this kind of business." Second, it is against the law to sell marijuana for profit under any circumstances. Marijuana is a schedule 1 illegal drug for good reason. It is not a harmless plant. Don't be fooled by the marijuana lobby's propaganda.

Last, federal law trumps state law, so when out-of-state billionaires such as George Soros come into our state to specifically undermine our drug laws, we have a recourse.
