I may try to organize a charity dedicated to giving the homeless people a place to hang out away from the non-homeless. This will reduce the amount of problems that the homeless cause; therefore, police will not need to respond to as many of these calls.

The main purpose of this is not to reduce homeless crimes; it is to reduce the homeless bothering the non-homeless. And it will reduce a lot of petty crimes like panhandling, but also theft, drugs, and violent attacks on people who visit parks. The homeless won't be forced into this park, it just will be an opportunity for them to voluntarily stay there without being bothered. A lot of homeless just want to have a place to stay. It would help the police, citizens, and the homeless from this idea.

There's a house on La Loma Avenue that seems to be a great and affordable location. It is $160,000 to purchase, and it would cost probably about $150 a month to maintain the grass by planting seeds and mowing it as well as managing portable toilets.

If anyone is interested in helping me with this, my email is
