Restaurants are far too noisy for some

as anyone checked the level of noise in restaurants? There are many people with hearing handicaps, and many wear hearing aids. These people and those associated with them would like to enjoy a meal out but the noise level in restaurants is such that it makes conversation impossible.

Also, have restaurants considered seating families with small children in a common area? Children are wonderful, but many do contribute to the overall noise.

The "Library" would be a good name for a restaurant that posted the same rules of quiet as the public library.
