Why not share the lottery wealth?

Well, the excitement has worn down from California's first entry into the national Powerball craze, a Florida bettor has suddenly found out he has more relatives then he thought he had.

Well, the excitement has worn down from California's first entry into the national Powerball craze, a Florida bettor has suddenly found out he has more relatives then he thought he had.

My thought would be to top the prize out a $1 million divided into the total, that would make 600 bettors instant millionaires. What's wrong with that?
