Retort to Wal-Mart 'blessing'

As for all the blessings that Wal-Mart gives to the poor people, I am sure that those same poor people would rather have a decent union wage and benefits so that they wouldn't be poor to begin with.

Regarding "Wal-Mart a blessing in disguise" (May 8, Commentary): As for all the blessings that Wal-Mart gives to the poor people, I am sure that those same poor people would rather have a decent union wage and benefits so that they wouldn't be poor to begin with.

And as for the products Wal-Mart gets on the backs of virtual slave labor overseas, Wal-Mart never considers the American jobs it displaces by doing so.
