Why didn't The Modesto Bee say something before?

In the past couple of weeks, The Bee has published no fewer than four articles detailing the expected consequences of Obamacare. Those articles have correctly and succinctly pointed out that the Affordable Care Act will poison our national economy and help deplete our individual pocketbooks.

The new law will add billions in costs to companies, thereby costing us millions of jobs. Of course, anyone with a reasonable mind saw all these flaws even before the law was enacted. In fact, nearly two-thirds of Americans were opposed to the new law, as the Democrats shoved it down our throats, and the news media did nothing but encourage its passage.

The only remaining questions are: Why did your newspaper and many others like yours not see this and publish the articles you are publishing today over three years ago? Also, why was most of the "mainstream media" so anxious to see that new law passed that they ignored all the warning signs of its catastrophic consequences? I suppose that the answer to those questions is, because, despite all your arguments to the contrary, you are not as fair- minded and unbiased as you would like your readers to believe.
