Writer misunderstands own fables

You saw fit to print the letter "Standing in judgment" based on fable-engendered superstition, while denying otherwise bona fide researched ones. True, a majority of your readership is of that faction; however, your total customer base is sprinkled with other doctrinal influences, including many who doubt.

Tell her that she is taking it out of context when she has her omniscient deity wondering where the baby went, since all pro-lifers believe that a soul is immediately issued upon conception and, for effect, she leaves out that it is the soul that makes the heavenly trek. Remind her that there was only one biblical reincarnation.
