How will visitors pay bridge toll?

I'm confused about the plan to eliminate toll takers on the Golden Gate Bridge. How will tourists or other infrequent users of the bridge be allowed to cross? Whenever we have out-of- town company, they always want to take a day trip into the city. That seems to always include a trip across the bridge so people can see the city's skyline from the Marin County viewpoint.

It seems ludicrous that out-of-state visitors would receive a toll bill in their mail once the authority tracks down their license plate from the Big Brother photos that will be taken.
