Why require Spanish for jobs?

I am in no way racist, but would love for the word to spread on how unfair America is to its own people. I cannot find work for one simple reason: I don't speak Spanish.

I was born and raised here, and yet employers don't look at me (I have plenty of skills) simply because I don't speak Spanish. What happened to equal opportunity?

I went to school to become a medical assistant and graduated with honors, but almost two years out, I still can't find a job. It is beyond unfair, and I believe things should change.

Why do people come here and we cater to their every need, when if we went to their country, we would have to learn their language and follow their rules? It should be the same here.
