In response to "Deadly falls plague seniors" (Jan. 21, Page B-5): The Healthy Aging Association provides exercise classes for seniors. There are 25 "Young at Heart" classes throughout Stanislaus County.

Strength training helps seniors gain strength and improve balance. We also provide Fall Prevention Education-Outreach and will offer the "A Matter of Balance" classes starting this spring. For more information: (209) 523-2800.
