In response to the Oct. 5 article "2 Enochs projects OK'd" (Page A-1): What is it going to take to get school systems and local and state governments to realize it is time to pull back and make do with what we have? They think nothing of spending other people's money, whether we have it or not. Don't they realize our entire state is facing tough economic challenges?
