"A letter to Carmen Sabatino" (Aug. 17, Letters) contained the line: "You have now become the proverbial pile of dog poop. Why don't you do us all a favor and dry up and and blow away?" It reminds me of why I recently subscribed to two Bee subscriptions -- one to place under each of my parrot cages -- it's cheaper than paper towels. How could that sentence have made it through your editing process? It read like a Jerry Springer line.
