I was amazed at the figures in your editorial about 17 million gallons of gas spilled each year by refueling lawnmowers. I have been mowing my lawn for 50 years and can guarantee you I have not spilled one cup of gas. Who are these idiots that spill 17 million gallons per year?
Another thing -- we are told to change light bulbs to fluorescent to save electricity, and now we are supposed to use electric mowers. Who has gone nuts in this world? Or am I just getting the wrong information?
