It is obvious you wanna-be socialists are most afraid of Rudy Giuliani in the presidential race. You seem quite worried that he might be breaking the law by not resigning from the company that he said he would. Why should he resign if he isn't sure of winning the Republican nomination?
Oh, I forgot, you never let facts get in your way. Might I suggest that you worry more about Democratic ideas to win the election. Those ideas are quite obvious -- if you can't win the debate, destroy your opponent's character. Now that is a truly positive goal for the United States, isn't it?
