Veterans Day and the 232nd birthday of the U.S. Marine Corps is near, and the bravest Marine I know is Sgt. Lawrence Hutchins III. Despite intense pressure from our own government to plead guilty to war crimes, Hutchins was man enough and Marine enough to fight in court. He was found guilty and sentenced to 15 years in prison. He was railroaded. I know. I was in the courtroom. The appeals process is ongoing and if you agree with me that Hutchins deserves to be set free, then please contact our president, vice president, congressmen and senators.
