Traffic cameras symbolize how our government abuses technology and exploits any pragmatic purposes for its own ends instead of constructively utilizing the advantages to enhance society. Placing citizens under authoritarian surveillance severely damages the welfare of a free society.
Stanislaus County is attempting to cease any independent thought by intimidating and profiting from citizens who reason for ourselves rather than blindly and maniacally act as oppressed individuals. By definition, this is a totalitarian rather than a democratic operation.
This manipulates Californians with psychological stimuli designed to overwhelm the mind's capacity for independent thought. This subjective treatment of citizens will only lead us down a path to ruin, such as Benito Mussolini implementing fascism in Italy (1922-43), or Gen. Francisco Franco's authoritarian regime, which desecrated Spain, the exact same extremes as Russia before its collapse.
The psychological burden of these cameras imposes much more harm than any obscure form of justice. This surveillance is an unconstitutional practice; these cameras are a violation of civil rights and purely a means of illegal entrapment.
