Are we more aware now that our national security is in the hands of federal judges? One such judge is stopping work on the security wall along our southern border. His reason -- some rodents or foxes might be affected by the wall. Who cares? This is national security.
Federal judges are incompetent to decide this issue and without any authority; national security is a constitutional duty of the president-executive branch only. A federal judge even thinking he has jurisdiction is dangerous.
The level of federal judges in this country is scaring me; their political excuses over the law are increasing in their decisions. We need to open up judgeships to avoid lawyers on the bench. Ben Franklin realized this when he said, "What's wrong with this country is too many lawyers." They passed a law that only lawyers could be judges -- they can change that to no lawyers.
