Turlock, help save Fire Station No. 1. The old Turlock Fire Museum was torn down to make way for a new fire station with no plans to house and display the antique fire engines and some of the rarest pieces of fire equipment. These engines are original equipment, purchased and used by the city of Turlock and restored by the firefighters through fund-raisers. Help us keep the equipment together for the enjoyment of our citizens and future generations. Old Fire Station No. 1 is slated for demolition, but with a little effort we can save it as a museum and it can become a landmark in our valley.
You can help by writing or voicing your opinion to our elected Turlock city officials.
